Our service
We test your battery and alternator free of charge before recommending any work. You only pay if a replacement or paid service is carried out. Quoted prices on this site include fitting at our shop within Abu Dhabi unless stated otherwise.
Pricing & payment
Prices shown on the batteries page and accessories page are correct at the time of publishing and may change without notice; our team will confirm the final price before starting work. Payment is collected on completion, once the job is done.
Warranty
Every battery and accessory we fit carries the manufacturer's warranty period shown on its product page (typically 12–24 months). Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from accidents, incorrect electrical accessories, or tampering. To claim, contact us with your warranty card and original invoice.
Shop hours & location
See our current opening hours and location on the homepage, or the areas we serve on our site map. Wait times can vary with demand — we'll always tell you upfront if a job will take longer than expected.
Right to refuse service
We may decline a job on safety grounds — for example, a vehicle with an unrelated electrical fault that a battery swap will not fix — and will explain why.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies from the date shown above.
